Wherever possible, we endeavour to use the very best that Cornwall has to offer.  Fruit and vegetables from Organic Canara Farm and West Country Foods, free range eggs from nearby local farm St Ewe, fresh fish from local fish markets via Fish For Thought and also supplied directly from local Gorran Haven fishermen, Cornish meat from Brian Etherington, Cornish cheese from Hanson Fine Foods and of course, the beloved clotted cream from Roddas dairy!
