COVID-19 Update

We are open from July 11th 2020

We have adapted hotel operations focusing on social distancing & hygiene to ensure our guests and staff safety is our top priority.

We have made the following changes;

Reception

  • We politely request that if you are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19 that you call us to postpone your stay. These include; A high temperature, a new and persistent cough and loss of taste and smell.
  • We have put in place signage at the entrance of the hotel to explain the measures we are taking.
  • You will be able to enter the hotel via the main reception, but we will limit the number of guests checking in at the same time.
  • Hand sanitising stations will be available at all entrances and exits and must be used before entering.
  • We have streamlined our check in process to allow for a reduced contact experience.
  • We will be going cashless for the foreseeable future to minimise the handling of cash.
  • All surfaces, screens, door handles and equipment will be regularly cleaned and sanitised throughout the day.

Breakfast

  • We will no longer have a buffet available, instead we will serve this to your table.
  • We will require you to pre-order your breakfast the evening before and book a time slot, we politely request that these timings are kept.
  • We have spaced all tables to allow a 2m distance between guests.
  • We have reconfigured entrances/exits so please follow the signs to allow for appropriate social distancing.

Communal areas

  • Hand sanitising stations will be available at all entrances and exits and must be used before entering.
  • We have increased our cleaning schedules to ensure that all surfaces are sanitised regularly.
  • To avoid unnecessary contact and overcrowding we politely request that guests use their bathrooms in their rooms instead of using the public toilets.
  • We have equipped our customer toilets with sanitising hand wash at the basins.
  • Signage has been put in place with guidance on usage of our lift. You are welcome to use the lifts and we’ll ensure they are regularly sanitised. We ask that they are occupied by only one family group at a time.
  • When walking through the hotel we will ask that you please use your discretion and consideration by keeping a social distance of a minimum of 2 meters between yourself and other guests. We have put in place signage throughout the hotel to assist.

Guest Bedrooms

  • All rooms will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and will be sealed to make sure no contamination has occurred.
  • We have removed pillows and throws from bedrooms to remove unnecessary risk.
  • We have also removed guest information books and instead we will be on hand to answer and questions you may have, please call reception from the phone in your room.
  • Housekeeping will wear the correct PPE whilst cleaning.
  • We will not enter your room during your stay to service your room, if you are staying for 3 days or longer please speak to reception to request a service. Should you require any additional towels, toiletries etc please ask reception and we can arrange this for you.

Bar & Restaurant

  • Hand sanitising stations will be available at all entrances and exits and must be used before entering.
  • We will require all customers to book a table for Lunch & Dinner in advance, we will not be accepting walk-ins at this time to ensure that we are able to space customers and staff appropriately.
  • We have spaced tables to allow a 2m distance.
  • To maintain social distancing please do not order your drinks at the bar, instead we will be offering table service.
  • We have reconfigured entrances/exits to allow for social distancing so please follow the guidelines when you arrive.
