Check In
Upon arrival, check-in starts at 4 pm. Receive your room key-card and kindly return it to Reception upon leaving for the day.
Check Out
Vacate your room by 11 am. Late check-outs, subject to availability, can be arranged. Feel free to use facilities after check-out, and we'll store your luggage.
Wifi & Internet
Mobile signal: 3G to 4G. Hotel Wi-Fi available, except on the terrace. Connect by opening The Llawnroc browser, using password 'cornwall.' Ethernet cable in dressing table for room internet access.
Room Service
Feel weary from the sea air? Recharge in your room with dinner delivered on request. Call reception to order from our full menu, or request breakfast with a completed list by 10 pm. Room service incurs a £5 charge.
Breakfast
Kindly reserve a breakfast time at reception upon arrival, ensuring a set schedule for your stay. If adjustments are desired, inquire at reception for alternative time slots.
Room Safe
Utilize the in-room safe deposit box for securing valuables. Close the safe door, enter a four-digit code of your choice, followed by the hash key. Repeat to reopen.
Towels & Bed LInen
Please refrain from taking hotel towels to the beach. Towels won't be daily changed to minimize environmental impact. Call reception for fresh ones. Irons and boards available upon request.
Smoking
Smoking, including on balconies, is prohibited in public areas and bedrooms. Non-compliance results in a £150 charge.
Fire Evacuation
Familiarize yourself with the fire evacuation procedure and nearest exits; details are on your bedroom door. Weekly fire alarm checks occur every Wednesday at 11 am.
