Hotel Rates, Information & Reservation Policies

On booking your stay, we will ask for credit card details to which we charge a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the room cost of your stay. Any outstanding charges at the end of your stay may be charged to this card. Please note, our payment methods are cash or card, no room charges. Dogs are welcome in dog friendly rooms and all areas except the lounge. Should you require additional beds in your room for children, there is a charge of £25.00. 

Check In

On the day of arrival, you may check into the hotel from 3pm onwards, receive your room key-card and enjoy your stay! If you do arrive early you are more than welcome to park in our free hotel carpark and use the hotel facilities.

Check Out

Please vacate your room by 11 am. Feel free to use facilities after check-out, and we'll store your luggage.

Wifi & Internet

Mobile signal: 3G to 4G. Hotel Wi-Fi available, except on the terrace. Connect by opening The Llawnroc browser. Ethernet cable in dressing table for room internet access.

Dining

During your stay, we invite you to indulge in our restaurant, which offers a variety of locally sourced cuisine and fine wines. To book into the restaurant please speak to one of our hosts who will be happy to assist you.

Room Service

Feel weary from the sea air? Recharge in your room with breakfast, small bites or dinner delivered on request. Room service incurs a £5 charge.

Room Safe

Utilize the in-room safe deposit box for securing valuables. Close the safe door, enter a four-digit code of your choice, followed by the hash key. Repeat to reopen.

Towels & Bed Linen

Please refrain from taking hotel towels to the beach. Towels and linen won't be changed daily to minimize environmental impact. Rooms will serviced upon request. Irons and boards available upon request.

Smoking

Smoking, including on balconies, is prohibited in public areas and bedrooms. Non-compliance results in a £150 charge.

Disabled Facilities

We offer assistance, disabled parking, and wheelchair access. Wheelchair-friendly toilets on the ground floor. For the visually impaired, large printed menus and literature available. Contact us for specific needs.

Environmental

Recyclables are collected for proper disposal behind the scenes. Kindly switch off lights and the television when leaving your room to conserve energy.
